In recent years, the prefabrication rate of Shanghai assembly technology and the number of related enterprises have increased significantly. In 2016, Shanghai has implemented 13.85 million square meters of prefabricated buildings, doubling for two consecutive years, with 41 prefabricated component manufacturers and a production capacity exceeding 12 million square meters. The quality of prefabricated building components is first-class, and individual enterprises have even reached the world's first-class, exported to Japan and other countries, and received unanimous praise. This year, the city's prefabricated building prefabrication rate will exceed 40%. The prefabrication rate of Xinghewan Middle School project reached 47%, which is in the leading level in Shanghai.
